So it’s now 6 weeks since the end of the rugby season, am I missing it? Well I have to say, right now its good just not to be carrying around any bumps and bruises apart from a sore rib, which for me is good!
I’m amazed that I have lost over a stone since Jan this year. Not a stone of fat either, its muscle that I’ve lost and that is never any good. I reckon I can put it back on in about 8 weeks and I’m under strict instructions to get into shape and step up to the……?
But why do I put myself through this all? All that pain and suffering reminds me how great it is to be alive. What crazy things that do you do to line?
